| PAN | Required for Individuals. Must be exactly 10 characters long: five letters, the letter P in the 4th position, four numbers, and one final letter. |
| Mobile Number | Must be exactly 10 digits long, with no symbols, dashes, or spaces. Required for everyone. |
| Email Address | Required for everyone and must be written in a standard email format. |
| PB / ID Number | This field unfreezes only if you select HAL, DRDO, ISRO, or Government/PSU employers. No alphabets allowed. |
| Documents | Optional. If you add files, you can upload up to 20 files total, using PDF, JPG, JPEG, or PNG formats under 1 MB each. |
